1.2 Warranty Period: The Warranty Period for physical products purchased from Icunox, Inc is 30 days from the date of purchase. Services offered by Icunox, Inc are covered under warranty for a period of 30 days from the delivery of the service.

1.3 Exclusions: The warranty does not cover any problems that arise from:

  • Unauthorized modification
  • External causes such as accidents, abuse, or other actions or events beyond our reasonable control.

2. Refund Policy

2.1 Satisfaction Guarantee: We offer a 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee on all our products and services. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a refund within 30 days of purchase.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Refunds and Cancellations Policy for Sharpods Products and Services by Icunox, INC.

BLA Bet Live Academy (Courses)

Satisfaction Guarantee: We offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee for our BLA Bet Live Academy courses. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 7 days of the purchase date by submitting your request in writing to our customer service team.

Cancellation Policy: Enrollment in any BLA Bet Live Academy course may be canceled at any time. However, cancellations after the 7-day satisfaction guarantee period will not be eligible for a refund.

Sharpods Premium and Data-analyst Marketplace like Griko

Trial Offer: A 5-working-day trial is available for Sharpods Premium and our Data-analyst Marketplace. Post-trial, the service will automatically continue at $30 per month.

Return Process: Contact our customer service with order details to initiate a return. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective.

Cancellation Policy: Merch orders can be canceled before shipment. After shipment, the return process applies.
